I advise growing, internationally active commercial companies in all tax and business management areas. My clients include foreign groups with subsidiaries in Germany and internationally integrated companies with permanent establishments and subsidiaries within Europe and in third countries.

As a guide, I advise on VAT, income tax, payroll tax, social security and accounting policy.

I take on the reporting of consolidated financial statements and accompany annual audits by auditors, am responsible for financial accounting and prepare annual financial statements and company tax returns.

International tax law & corporate tax compliance

My globally active clients count on my advice to avoid double taxation in the case of multi-state residency. In addition, I make a significant contribution to corporate tax compliance with transfer pricing documentation in accordance with Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS).

I organize the successful market entry in Germany for my international clients. In doing so, I take into account all relevant structuring issues relating to the choice of legal form, plan and optimize existing holding structures and advise on reorganization tax law.

In mergers & acquisitions, I specialize in carrying out and reporting on the necessary tax due diligence.

My clients appreciate my services in accompanying tax audits, in dealing professionally with tax authorities and in defending their tax interests before the tax courts as well as my English language skills at native speaker level.

Before becoming self-employed, I worked for an auditing company in Eschborn and a medium-sized tax consultancy. There I looked after an international bank, freight forwarders and trading companies. I have been a management consultant since 2011. In 2019, I was appointed as a tax consultant by the Chamber of Tax Consultants Hesse K.d.ö.R.

During my business studies (2006-2012) at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, where I majored in accounting, auditing and business taxation, I founded a stock corporation, where I was Chairman of the Supervisory Board from 2012 to 2016 and was responsible for its growth into new markets in Canada, the UK and the United States. In this context, I managed the business of the US subsidiary as Director and Secretary from 2014 to 2016.
